Camp Sites

We have 7 daily/weekly/monthly campsites available. We currently have campsites available.  

30 or 50amp, full hook-ups available. 

Daily rate $66.90 ($25.00 refundable deposit), Electricity included for daily and weekly rentals.

Weekly rate $397.58 ($25 refundable deposit), Electricity included for daily and weekly rentals.

Monthly rate $755.42 ($175). Refundable $175 electricity deposit required on monthly rental; deposit credits lease account at move-out.  Electricity charged separately via invoice for monthly rental.

Maximum camping time is 6 months per Hernando County code. Age of vehicle must not exceed 12 years. All campers have access to the Condo Association common elements, such as pool, library, game room, mini putt-putt course, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and more. This campsite is at a Condo Association, Rules and Regulations apply and must be acknowledged and followed by campers. Pets are allowed but must be on leash at all times. Card payment processing available with 3%. Refunded card payments within two weeks of lease start subject to $10 non-refundable withholding. Full refund available for: daily rental until 2 weeks prior to start; weekly rental until 2 weeks prior to start; and monthly rental until 1 month (30 days) prior to start.
