Clubhouse Reservation Request 

Use this form to request use of the clubhouse. Approval may be granted only after checking the social schedule to be sure there are no other functions scheduled at the same time. Any damages to the hall or its contents are the responsibility of the owner/renter. A $50 deposit is required for reservation of the Clubhouse.

Temporary Rule Exemption/Violation Extension Form 

Please use this form to request special permission to temporarily bypass or override a rule in the CAW Rules and Regulations. Approval from three board members is required. The Board of Directors will be notified upon submission of this form. 

The Board of Directors reserves the right to revoke this temporary exemption at will for any reason, including purposes of legal action or rule additions and amendments. Completing this form does not imply automatic approval.

Prior to occupancy of any CAW property, you are required to complete this information for the Board of Directors to submit for a background check. Please drop off payment of $35 to the office.

Prospective Tenant/Long Term Guest - Application 

Prior to occupancy of any CAW property, you are required to complete this information for the Board of Directors to review. You are required to meet with a minimum of two of the members of the board of directors, which may be conducted by phone if out of state. Submittal of an application does not guarantee approval for occupancy in CAW; the Board of Directors approves all residents in CAW.

Vacancy/Snowbird Communication Form 

In order to support our residents during their long-term absences (vacations or vacancies longer than 2 weeks), we strive to maintain a list of residents that could use an extra set of eyes on their property to prevent maintenance issues or potential unwelcome activity.
